submit a dramatic reel. Having a reel as a doctor or therapist is a plus. You can also submit an improvised selftape portraying a therapist. Or using the following lines:

“I’ll just go on and say what you already know. We choose what we feel based on our thoughts. We choose what to believe based on our perceptions. And then we take action. But thoughts are not facts. You can only control your thoughts but not others’. Not how the world changes around us, or unexpected events, certainly not others’ thoughts, reactions or behaviors. That’s all not on you, Ash. You can only try to accept your own thoughts.”
